Q: How do I get the keys to my rental unit in Whitefish, Montana?

A: The key to your unit will be mailed to you one week prior to your arrival.

Q:  What if I have problems with my unit during my stay?

A:  Please call 406-381-2388 day or night with any problem related to the unit.  If it is an emergency situation, including fire, please dial 911 first. We at Montana West vacation rentals will be available for you 24 hours a day.  

Q: What is required of me at the end of my stay?

A:  Not much.  Please make sure you have all of your personal items with you and leave the unit keys on the kitchen table.

Q:  What if I leave something behind in the unit?

A:  If you think you have a left something, please call 406-381-2388 and we will do our best to return the item to you for a normal shipping charge.
